The Fisher Body Plant 21 was built in 1919 by the Fisher Brothers, located in the Milwaukee Junction neighborhood of Detroit. The last time it was used commercially was by Carter Color Coat Company and vacated in the early 1990s. Today, the building has been purchased and is currently under renovation to be used as 400-unit apartment building.
