The Book Tower was renovated and opened back up to the public in 2023. I had explored it when it was vacant a few times; but I had NO IDEA that the glass atrium existed. I remember when I first learned about it in an article describing the renovation; I was so surprised but had learned that it had been boarded up so we most likely wouldn't have seen it anyway. It was a real treat to see the lobby and glass atrium for the first time. Simply stunning work.
